Return Policy
We want you to love your Hey Cherry Glow products! Due to the nature of our items and for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, or if a product has been opened or used.
14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us if there is an issue with your order. After this period, we cannot accept any return or refund requests.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at heycherryglow@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. To process a refund or replacement, we may request clear photos of the product so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, all of our products are final sale and cannot be returned once purchased, including:

We cannot accept returns or refunds for items simply due to change of mind.
Refunds
If your refund is approved for a damaged or defective item, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please contact us at heycherryglow@gmail.com.
