Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times
We work with trusted suppliers to deliver your Hey Cherry Glow goodies straight to your door. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered:

• United States: 7–20 business days

• International: 10–30 business days

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (holidays, customs delays, courier disruptions).

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your glow-up’s journey to your doorstep. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Multiple Items in One Order
Because we source products from different suppliers, your items may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on destination and order size.

Delays & Customs
Hey Cherry Glow is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or courier issues. Any customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please double-check your shipping address when ordering. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
